Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for eligible products that are approved by our team after review and inspection.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, warranty cards, and any included items.
Products that are opened, used, damaged by the customer, missing accessories, or not in original condition may not be accepted for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the issue must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the item.
Customers must contact us immediately at info@muroojalrabee.com with the order number, photos, and an unboxing video if available.
Replacement will be arranged only after the item is received, inspected, and the issue is confirmed by our team.
Refund Processing Time
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will usually be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund approval depends on the product condition, inspection result, and return eligibility.
Restocking Fee and Delivery Charges
A 3% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Customers are responsible for delivery or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed to be caused by our side.
