If cancellation is made by Murooj Al Rabee Electronics Trading L.L.C due to stock unavailability, payment issues, delivery restrictions, or other operational reasons, the customer will be notified and an eligible refund will be processed.
6. Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return for eligible products within 3 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, and included items.
A 10% deduction will be applied to approved refunds to cover delivery handling, restocking, and administrative charges.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will usually be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refund timing may also depend on the bank, payment provider, or original payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
For orders within Dubai, same-day delivery may be available when the order is placed and confirmed before 6:30 PM.
For Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah, Delivery to these areas usually takes 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, customer location, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unexpected delays.
Delivery may not be available to restricted or limited-access locations, including oil fields, remote industrial areas, military zones, security-restricted areas, ports, offshore locations, or any location where access is not permitted.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing the order. Any free delivery offers or promotions will apply according to the terms displayed on our website.
