1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Please note that delivery may not be available to certain restricted or limited-access locations, including oil fields, remote industrial zones, military areas, security-restricted areas, ports, offshore locations, or any area where delivery access is not permitted.

2. Minimum Order Value

Delivery is available on orders of AED 200 and above.

Orders below the minimum delivery value may not be eligible for delivery service. Customers may contact our support team for assistance or alternative options.

3. Dubai Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available within Dubai only.

To qualify for same-day delivery, your order must be placed and confirmed before 6:00 PM.

Same-day delivery depends on order confirmation, product availability, customer location, and delivery schedule. Orders confirmed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next working day.

Same-day delivery charge in Dubai: AED 35

4. Delivery to Other Emirates

For Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah, delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.

In many cases, orders may be delivered the next business day, depending on product availability, location, and delivery schedule.

Delivery charge for other Emirates: AED 15

5. Office Pickup

Office pickup is also available for customers who prefer to collect their orders directly.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you or provide pickup details by email or through your customer account. Please wait for confirmation before visiting for pickup.

6. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team will review and process it during working hours.

Orders placed outside working hours, after the cut-off time, or during Sundays and public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Order processing depends on payment confirmation, product availability, and accurate customer information.

7. Order Tracking

After your order is confirmed and processed, you may receive delivery updates by email.

Customers can also track order details through their customer account on our website, where available.

8. Sundays and Public Holidays

Delivery on Sundays or UAE public holidays may be limited and is subject to availability.

Special delivery arrangements may be accepted only for orders confirmed and approved in advance. Availability may vary depending on location, order type, and delivery schedule.

9. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to location, product availability, order volume, weather conditions, public holidays, restricted access areas, or unexpected delays.

Please make sure your delivery address, contact number, and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery. If the delivery address is located in a restricted or difficult-to-access area, our team may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery location or provide further instructions.

If our team is unable to reach you, delivery may be rescheduled based on availability.
